Chief Compliance officer, Hendrik Saskia joined Safex Global Services on 4th January 2013, after he stepped away from running his family’s multi-million Dollars construction business.
Coming from an entrepreneurial family, Consultancy business is in his blood. He joined the family business in 2000 as an intern Software developer, and over the years worked his way up through the ranks.
Arthur Hendrik began his career in 2000 as an administrative assistant, and within just twelve months, he was overseeing the company’s entire purchasing department. Demonstrating strong leadership and operational skills, he later took on responsibility for managing the firm’s manufacturing facility, alongside his purchasing role, and was officially appointed Director in 2012.
After transitioning from manufacturing, Arthur went on to manage the company’s global contracts and sites, ensuring operational efficiency and consistency across multiple regions.
In 2005, Arthur brought in his first business mentor, and together with his fellow directors, achieved extraordinary growth — doubling company sales from €2.2 million to €4.5 million within just 12 months. During this period, he led a team of 20 professionals, driving innovation and sustainable expansion.
Arthur played a pivotal role in building and restructuring departments across the organization. Notably, in January 2009, he led a complete business restructuring initiative, establishing the solid foundations necessary to support continued growth and ensure long-term financial stability.
In 2012, Arthur began offering freelance consultancy, helping business owners develop and execute effective growth and compliance strategies. Since then, he has worked with numerous companies across Europe, assisting startups and SMEs in aligning with EU, US, and Canadian regulations.
Arthur is known for his results-driven approach, with integrity, honesty, and operational excellence forming the core values that define his professional ethos and leadership style.
