Johannes Xavi brings over 25 years of consulting experience across multiple industries, advising clients on a wide range of initiatives — from developing and implementing restructuring and optimization programs to shaping technology and market launch strategies.

After joining Safex Global in 1997, Johannes supported clients within the Dutch automotive industry and went on to manage the firm’s global business with automotive suppliers. He was elected Partner in 2003.

From 2014 to 2020, Johannes led Safex Global’s Automotive Competence Center, driving strategic growth and innovation across the sector. He was appointed to the firm’s Supervisory Board in September 2013 and later served as its Chairman from 2015 to March 2020, when he joined the Board of Managing Directors.

Johannes holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Hohenheim and pursued further studies at the École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris in France.

Being the CFO in the Financial Industry is a tough task, thankfully he was here to man the helm and lead the company where it needed to go. He is known for his skills at analyzing data, some say he can create a full financial report in his head as soon as he looks at the data.
